Love this book!(Rating: 5) I've had this book a couple months and have made a few recipes, they were good, I tweaked them here and there to suit my tastes, without adding many additional calories and fat...some of the ingredients are harder to find here in Canada, but can easily be substituted...I find that the recipe photos look much better then the real thing, not sure why that is?? I am making the brownies as I type this, can't wait to try them mmmm....this book is worth the money, espeically if one is trying to change to a healthy lifesyle and/or lose weight!!!
so far so great....(Rating: 5) I have had this book for 1 month now and I have made the cookies 4 times! They are so delicious! I have made the fetticinni alfredo, as well, and I cannot believe how tasty it is without using half a pound of cream and butter. Yogurt? Parm? For real? It's true. With the recipes using such different ingredients (low fat, high fiber and protein), you have to be willing to try a new way of cooking. But this cookbook is worth it and I can't wait to try more recipes (they all look so delicious). Even if I only make the cookies, I am still so thankful Rocco made this book... yum yum yum!
Now we can eat this(Rating: 5) Great book you can take ideas from the book and create your own favorite comfort foods. I love it!

Can't find food(Rating: 2) The food in this book must be in the States because I have gone to multiple stores in Halifax, NS and can't find most of the ingredients, like Greek yogurt and expresso powder. I also can't find a lot of the low fat things in low fat. I have had this book for over a month already and have not made anything yet. If anyone has this book and can find the ingredients please let me know so I can try a few things.
Now Eat This!(Rating: 2) Too many calories. Uses too much meat. I should probably be reading Vegetarian Cook Books to find what I am looking for. Now if I could just find vegetarian recipes that provide the flavor of meat.
