Best business book, no arguments(Rating: 5)
I attribute my success to two things, God and this book. It taught me the things that have brought my interactive agency, DreamCastle.ca, enormous success and helped fortify the things I already believed in. If you are a new business owner or if your company is facing tough times I urge you to read this.

Must read if your in business(Rating: 5)
This book is a surprisingly short read but it is a great reminder of all the truths in business that we know intuitively but seldom practice. It highlights all those things that lose you money, waste your time and frustrate you.

The Tao of Business(Rating: 4)
A great no-nonsense guide and much needed wisdom for the world of business in almost the shortest amount of words possible.

A great read!! Easy, accessible language and no holds barred, kick-in-the-pants type of common sense. You've heard the advice before! You know how to start a business! This book MAKES you start a business. It's the Nike model of "just do it". Getting out the door is 75% of the work. Stop listening to others, and listen to yourself and your gut.

Simple rules as their business and products(Rating: 4)
The two authors deliver a good example of a Web 2.1 business orientation with inspiring advices for novice and experienced entrepreneurs. Agility seems to be the bases to their rules leading for small enterprise strategies, but most of all, a strong hard-lined-leadership is predominance in this book.

Though some chapters (2 comes to mind) seem to contradict themselves, but as you'll read, you'll see that you must be flexible for the challenges of business leading; especially in the Web industry.

The book follows the simple guidance as "Getting Real" by the same authors. It seems in fact an update of their previous book and an up to date guide of the way they have been running business with their products which are absolutely good for what they do; simple to use and focus oriented. My suggestion would be to read their previous book, Getting Real, and read Rework afterwards, specially if you're in the Web development business.

A must read if you are seeking advice for business simplicity and looking for focus in your business projects or reorientation (this book can fashion your mind). I must say that I'm in the Web business and their guidelines apply to this business. I wonder if it would really apply in other business domains as they mention.
